Goruli Mtsvane is a rare and treasured white grape of Kartli. From old vines, it delivers lively aromas of fresh green apple, zesty citrus, and spring herbs, with subtle floral notes. The palate is fresh, bright, and balanced by crisp acidity that gives it elegance and lift. Shavkapito is one of the oldest native red grapes of Kartli — a variety once reserved for noble feasts and family gatherings. Our Shavkapito comes from 50-year-old vines, giving the wine a deep ruby color and layered notes of ripe cherry, wild raspberry, black plum, and a touch of peppery spice. The structure is smooth yet lively, with soft tannins and a lingering finish. It matches well with grilled meats, slow-cooked stews, mature cheeses, or a warm Georgian supra table.
