Our vineyards sit at the crossroads of mountains and plains, where Kartli’s soils are rich in minerals and the climate shapes the grapes with warm days and cool mountain winds. Some vines here have weathered decades of storms, cared for by hands that know every row, every stone, and every cluster.
These old vines yield fewer grapes but give them depth and character. By working gently with the land — pruning by hand, respecting the seasons, and harvesting at just the right moment — we capture the unique balance of freshness, minerality, and structure that makes Kartli’s wines so special.
